Are you stiff from working too hard? Do you wake up sore and achy and you can’t figure out why? Follow our simple 4-week program to loosen up your body and feel like you’re 16 again! There are some strength classes mixed in here becasue as you lengthen a muscle, it’s imperative that you also make it stronger at the same time to prevent injury. This program is the perfect blend of mobility and power.
