BJJ Fundamentals

The first video is automatically loaded for you to watch, just click play. For the rest of the series, there is a menu on the top left section of the video. When you click it, a drop down menu will show up and you can access the rest there.

On the bottom right of the video, there is a gear symbol. When you click on that, you can select the speed you want to watch the videos.

There is an icon on the bottom right of the videos that looks like this. Click that icon to switch to full screen. To go back to the original size, click the “ESC” key or the same icon.
